We look for individuals who have excellent communication skills so that they can build trusting and open relationship with children and parents. We implement strict working policies, procedures and practices and employ a level of staff that complies with staff-child ratios defined in pre-school regulations.

Qualification in Montessori education

First aid, Manual handling , Buntús, Road safety, Therapeutic work with children, Behaviour management, observing children, child protection, working with Aistear, training sessions on: typical development, developmental delay, children with Autistic spectrium disorder, supporting children experiencing grief and loss using therapeutic play.
